SPACE January 2024 (No. 674)

The site where Triplet Code Sinsa is located faces a neighbourhood park and is adjacent to an elementary school. Neighbourhood living stores line the leafy street and also extend their reach into the surrounding alleyways.

Triplet Code Sinsa. In response to the fact that the rent on the second floor is significantly lower than on the first floor; the architect proposed a lower level that could be flexible, allowing tenants on the first floor to occupy the second floor (if they so wish).
