What are we looking for?

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be involved on a unique high-profile project in Seoul, Korea. Based in Seoul, the ideal candidate will be passionate, hardworking, and a team player. The candidate will work under the guidance of an experienced British architect, along with a highly skilled and dedicated team, on a complex and high pressure public private partnership project at DD stage. They will also get the chance to work with colleagues from around the globe on exciting civic, public, and sports projects in Korea and APAC.

1. At least 7-8 years working experience in architecture, preferably on large-scale commercial projects (role will be adjusted commensurate to candidate’s experience).
2. Fluent Korean. English skills are an added bonus, but not essential.
3. Strong project coordination skills and experience, specifically with working alongside other consultants and attending meetings.
4. Experience dealing with things such as MEP, structural coordination and the ability to engage in discussions with clients and team members to progress forward and identify issues.
5. An eye for design.
6. Able to perform under pressure.
7. Organized and rigorous.
8. Revit or if AutoCAD skills only must be willing to learn Revit.
9. Willing to put in the hours, when necessary, of their own will as a team player.
