1. LANGUAGE
- Fluent in English; Written and Spoken Korean skill

2. ACADEMIC / WORK EXPERIENCE
- Degree in architecture, and degree in engineering (façade/civil/mechanical/structural..)
- Around3 years of working experience in façade design/engineering or other related design/engineering industry

3. WORK CAPACITY
-Knowledge of various facade system design, specifications and material technical requirements;
-Able to understand architectural design concept, and respect it through façade design process ;
- Able to understand and analyse complex façade geometry using computer software;
- Good understanding of building physic (structure, material, thermal, solar, acoustic..);
- Support preparation of design pacakge with various methods (sketch, 2D/3D drawing)
- Able to support review of contractor's drawing, report and calculation;
- Good documentation/ communication/ presentation skill to discuss with architect and other design teams.
- Understand national and local industry norms and requirements;
- Able to understand product manufacturing process and facade installation method;

4. SOFTWARE
- Proficiency in report/presentation software; InDesign/MS word;
- Proficiency in 2D design software: AutoCAD
- Ability to use 3D modeling software; Rhino, Sketch Up, Revit
- Ability to use facade analysis software; Grasshopper, ladybug, diva, Therm
- Ability to use calculation software; MS Excel, VS-A tools, Solid works, Karamba, Visual basic, Python..

5. SOFT QUALITY
- Clear logic, methodical and design thinking;
- Strong learning capacity, good at digging and researching new materials and new construction modes;
